Recall, last week the advancing QBs all wore the #33. That article is linked below.
Tom Brady, #12 (Patriots, home)
Aaron Rodgers, #12 (Packers, away)
Carson Palmer, #3 (Cardinals, home)
Russell Wilson, #3 (Seahawks, away)
Cam Newton, #1 (Panthers, home)
Ben Roethlisberger, #7 (Steelers, away)
Peyton Manning, #18 (Broncos, home)
11+3+1+18 = 33
Last week all away teams won in the Wild Card Round for the first time in the history of the league, if the above scenario played out, all but one away team would lose in the Divisional Round, this weekend.
Season of Super Bowl 50
Away = 1+23+1+25 = 50
Chiefs = 3+8+9+5+6+19 = 50 (Why they could be the exception to the rule)

KC-Pats really does seem like the only game is question. You have to think they want that 12 wins in a row for a completition cycle. And I feel like Brady may never make it to another SB.
ReplyDeleteYes, however... the 11-win streak with #11 QBing in his 11th season could be the end point as well. I will truly be cheering for the Chiefs, even though it is a rigged spectacle. I like Alex Smith because of his attitude, I hate Tom Brady.
