Great read above! The only thing Brother Berg doesn't mention is that Ron Rivera was 53-years old at the time, an important number to the NFL, that has a 53-man roster. Before we can confirm this as a guaranteed win for the Panthers this Sunday, recall that Mike McCarthy, Green Bay head coach, lost his brother at the beginning of 2015 at the age of 47, and did not make the Super Bowl last season or this season.

Also Mike Zimmer's wife died exactly 223 weeks before he was named Vikings head coach - and obviously they didn't make it either.
