33 187 | Keystone pipe leak in South Dakota said to be 90x worse than what was first reported, April 8, 2016


Keystone = 2+5+7+1+2+6+5+5 = 33/42/51
Keystone = 11+5+25+19+20+15+14+5 = 114


You have to love the initial reporting of 187, and the supposed true estimates of 16,800, or about 90x as much.  This is par for the course in this type of reporting.  It is always under exaggerated at first whenever there is an oil spill or toxic substance spill.
