54 | Jordan Spieth, third golfer to lead Masters after 54-holes three years in a row, 2014-16

Notice that Ben Hogan was the leader after day three, for the years 1952-1954.  He only won the tournament in one of those years, 1953.  Sam Snead won in both 1952 and 1954.

Further, Arnold Palmer was the leader after three days in 1958-1960.  He won the Masters in both '58 and '60, but not '59.  Art Wall Jr. won in '59.

As for Spieth, he did not win in 2014, but he did win last year in '15.  It was Bubba Watson who won in '14.

It is also interesting that this year, 2016, is 58-years since 1958.  As we know, 58 is a very important number to the gang that runs the show by the numbers.

Freemasonry = 6+9+5+5+4+1+1+6+5+9+7 = 58/67

  1. Palmer Hogan Spieth" in the English Ordinal system equals 187

    Palmer Hogan Spieth" in the English Reduction system equals 88

    Spieth's Magnetics Off" in the English Reduction system equals 88 / 106

    So Spieth Misses a bunch of easy Par Putt's Today and blows it? That would be Classic.
