Since the election, since these remarks were first made, the media has been trying to shame Kaepernick while arguing, "How can you have such strong opinions if you're not willing to voice your opinion at the ballot box?"
What the media leaves out, is voting is a farce. Crucial details.

Next weeks matchup between SF and NE will be their 13 meeting overall, with SF leading the record at 8-4.
