USS Zumwalt stalls in Panama Canal, November 23, 2016

This is the second time this ship has made national news.  It was debuated October 15, 2016 in Baltimore.

10/15/16 = 10+15+16 = 41 (Baltimore = 41) (USA = 41)

I'm sure there is a riddle to this boat stalling in the Panama Canal, a mostly U.S. project.

I'll think more on this one.  This probably isn't the last time we hear about the USS Zumwalt.
