God destroys the earth with a flood in the first book of the Torah, Genesis.
The flood ends in Genesis 8:3. Harvey = 83; Flood = 83
Anyhow, notice that 239 is the 52nd prime number.
Houston flooded August 27, 2017, the 239th day of the year, on a date with '52' numerology. It was a Sunday, Bible day.
8/27/17 = 8+27+17 = 52
From Joel Osteen's 54th birthday, March 5, to the flood, was a span of 176-days.
