33 | Andy Murray and Fred Perry's Wimbledon Victories

Andy Murray has been the number one ranked British tennis player since February of 2006.
  • Andy = 1+5+4+7 = 17
  • Murray = 4+3+9+9+1+7 = 33
Last year, on July 7, or 7/7,  he became the first British player to win Wimbledon since Fred Perry, who accomplished the feat 77-years earlier, in 1936.
  • Fred 6+18+5+4 = 33
  • Perry = 16+5+18+18+25 = 82
Oddly enough, in 1977 Britain claimed the Wimbledon Title for the women's bracket.

London hasn't seen this many sevens since the 7/7/2005 bombing.
  • 2005 = 2+0+0+5 = 7
  • 7/7/7
Andy Murray's current coach is French female tennis star Amélie Simone Mauresmo.
  • Mauresmo = 4+1+3+9+5+1+4+6 = 33
Yesterday, July 2, 2014, Andy Murray was eliminated from Wimbledon.  It begs the question, will it be another 77-years before a British man wins the event?  Better yet, will humanity last another 77 years?
