ReplyDeleteI dunno, considering how pretty much everything we've ever been told is a lie, I don't believe any of the health advice either. I bet fast food is no better or worse for u than anything else. The placebo effect is very real. Its more about what u believe. If u think your food is poison - and haven't we been told over and over by all the "helpful" "alternative" "the real truth" media that our food is filled with pesticides, fluoride, chemical additives etc so that basically anything quick, convenient or tasty is off limits. Fuck that shit! It's BS like everything else. I don't believe it anymore
