There's a city in Indiana called Kokomo (Kokomo Indiana looks alot like Kolkata India to me) which passed the resolution to establish a city government back in 1865 on today's date March 31st. This city hosts a river named Wildcat Creek(51/114) and in mid 2015 the I-65 bridge over Wildcat Creek was closed because of a structural pier leaning into the riverbank.
