What you saw was true and very well done, you were just making the wrong projection. I have done the same. Just remember you often have to be wrong before you're right.
Ultimately, we'll just have to see how it unfolds and what the seeding is. Then we'll predict from there, and even if we're wrong, I believe we'll be able to determine WHY, which means we'll understand the pattern.
And I don't know about the rest of you, but I only started digging like this about six months ago or so. Doesn't hurt my feelings to be wrong, ad I have been and will be again, I thoroughly enjoy the work.
Carolina has to lose at some point. They play the Falcons twice. I think it's significant that ATL at 6-6 helped CAR win the division BEFORE the Saints game began, in which they went 12-0
I still might be right, but like Zach said, I'm getting ahead of myself with some of the projections.
So a 5-0 win streak Ended by NO Victory over Whisenhunt 0-5 streak begun and ended by TB Now comes Carolina. Let's see what happens.
Yeah. It's just such a riddle. 6-6 makes sense with the 3-3 on the road and at home. It's like you have to look at ALL the numbers and what they would do given a result.
Their first season was in 66. All this before playing the 12-0 Panthers. Falcons win, face Carolina again at 13-1, like 131 SB in Atl.
And maybe it means ATL beats Carolina 3 times. Which I had thought at one point, but it looks ridiculous right now. That's how Vegas makes its money. Haha
Time will tell. Regardless you've done a heck of a job. I love this stuff. Don't know if u saw but, I used ta work for Matt Ryan's Dad. Matt's uncle is there too. He was at BC with Doug Flutie. He was QB and Flutie was his backup. He gets hurt and Flutie took over and the rest is history...lol
So much for those Falcons theories...though technically....Looks like their done.
ReplyDeleteYeah I don't see it anymore. I kept seeing the numbers, but I guess they don't mean what I thought. Packers or Cardinals it must be.
ReplyDeleteDon't get down on yourself, you are from Atlanta, lofty goals are the only things Rising Up.
DeleteOh yeah, it's a process. I felt completely detached from the game, which is good.
DeleteWhat you saw was true and very well done, you were just making the wrong projection. I have done the same. Just remember you often have to be wrong before you're right.
DeleteYep, trial and error.
DeleteCardinals game had a lot of numbers.
ReplyDeleteUltimately, we'll just have to see how it unfolds and what the seeding is.

They just need to get in the fucking playoffs!
Delete9-7 might be enough.
We shall see what happens.
DeleteThis Eagles/Pats game is a lot like SB XXXIX...
Deletejust saying..
21-14 Eagles. In SB 39 it was 21-14 Patriots.
DeleteWill the Eagles pull of a shocker?
And I don't know about the rest of you, but I only started digging like this about six months ago or so. Doesn't hurt my feelings to be wrong, ad I have been and will be again, I thoroughly enjoy the work.
ReplyDeleteI did tell a friend that NO was probably going to end the Panthers streak, mostly because of the Satanic fun involved with 11-1.
DeleteTonight for the first time Obama will give a speech form the Oval Office from behind a Podium.
ReplyDeletepodium" in the English Reduction system equals 33

Something off-putting about this speech tonight.
Agreed. Timing is bizarre.
DeleteThe panthers vs saints game is rigged af

Ended by NO
Victory over Whisenhunt
0-5 streak begun and ended by TB

I still believe GS
DeleteBroncos are still winning so that's good. Falcons still in hunt for playoff spot. Just need to get in.
Delete12 represents complete, so I could see the streak being complete after today's win. Good work.
DeleteThe Giants in 2011 were 7-7 after a 2nd loss to a bad Redskins team.
DeleteThey won their last 2 to get in.
If Atlanta does beat Carolina, it will be 50 days between victories. It's still there.
DeleteNotice also that it's Carolina's 3rd straight division title BEFORE even facing Atlanta.
If the Falcons make the playoffs, they'd play Carolina 3 times.
GS, was all their wins against backups?
DeleteNope. Let's see.
ReplyDeleteBradford
Eli
Weeden (a backup drafted with ATL's pick)
Mallett/Hoyer (came in during blowout)
Cousins
Mettenberger (170 Gematria)
Loss to backup Hasselbeck (BC connection with Ryan AND Seattle connection)
Okay. I still think its on.
ReplyDelete9-7 should be good enough.

It still works. But we shall see.

Thanks, Bally!
DeleteThat's an interesting connection I want to look into.
I'm still on the track.
I wish I could remember his name.
ReplyDeleteI'll find out though.
John Loughery was his name.
ReplyDeleteMike McGlinchey, the kid at Notre Dame is a cousin of Ryan's too.
