33 322 | Thoroughbred Racing's All-Time Most Winning Family

Today is the date of the 2014 Belmont Stakes with a "33" going for the Triple Crown.  As a result, I'm looking more into the horseracing contest and finding what I imagined, from Seattle Slew, to Affirmed, to "Marylou".  Here is an excerpt from Wikipedia on the most winning family in thoroughbred racing history.
C.V. Whitney and his family were a major force in thoroughbred horse racing and have had more stakes winners than any other family in the history of racing in the United States. Whitney dispersed his stock in the 1980s, not wanting to burden his wife with the business. After C.V.'s death, Marylou spent a substantial amount of time and money trying to buy back "Whitney Mares". She purchased Dear Birdie, who proved to be the foundation for "Marylou Whitney Stables". Dear Birdie was named Broodmare of the Year in 2004. She is the dam of Birdstone and champion Bird Town. Marylou Whitney Stables bred, raced and stands Birdstone, the 2004 Belmont Stakes and Travers Stakes winner.
Do you see the initials CV?  They breakdown to 322, the number associated with Yale's Skull and Bones.
  • CV = 322
Then there is the name Marylou, which matches the phrase "Bonesmen", the term for Skull and Bones alumni.
  • Marylou = 4+1+9+7+3+6+3 = 33
  • Bonesmen = 2+6+5+5+1+4+5+5 = 33
So there you have it, in a sport full of "33" numerology, the daughter of the most winning family in the field is named "33', as are the "stables" that the winning horses are raised in.  This Gang of 33, as I've said before, runs the show that we all have to live in.  Don't blame the jockey.
  • Jockey = 1+6+3+11+5+7 = 33
