Weird you post about this just yesterday my friend a huge hed pe fan back in the days was crushed when he found out his child hood idol was a damn queer when he was in the band "the clue" before hed pe
I saw these guys in high school when Linkin Park was their opener. Then Linkin Park got huge within the next year. It seemed like Hed PE and Primer 55 were always in the Omaha area playing when I was younger. Funny when you look back at all of these bands and and their symbolism.
Oh my god, my ex girlfriends moms boyfriend is the bus driver for this band... He is a satanist. I found an upside down cross with a pentagram shrine in their house one day. I even own a bass used by their bass player, there were four upside down stars on it too. Crazy he mentioned them and it turns out they're apart of the gang, I didn't think they were that big.
Lyrically Megadeth is/was End Times/Escatalogical and Artificial Intelligence. Is he worried about copied ideas with hedPE, who to me seemed like a tripped out Limp Bizkit live. Don't hate limp, hate the industry.
I still love hedPE. They are a true, great live band. Lyrics aren't that out there, but they are like us in many ways truthers. Anthrax was probably the earliest rap/rock band. I think I will check out them, Island Records, I believe was owned by same company that dealt with Death Row, Interscope? This is all from memory and probably off a key or two. But I will see.
Nine eleven is becoming populist, like I said today about last night's The Simpsons episode. Milhouse's father saying 'jet fuel can't melt steel.'
"G-punk"... Yeah, I think we all know what that 'G' means lol.
ReplyDeleteNever liked this band, even in the 90's when I was digging the whole nu-metal thing.
Who is jeff young? I liked this band
ReplyDeleteHe is the former guitarist of Megadeth. Now he helps spread the word, and does a weekly radio show of his own.

ReplyDeleteI react that way about Christians. Oh my god! A picture of Jesus in their foyer?! LOL. No they aren't that big to make a blip.
DeleteRight, it's all sick. I just couldn't believe they were mentioned lol.
