I saw this headline on TV, and CNN had the phrase 'get a fresh set of clothes' emphasized, which is how I think it was supposed to be on the website as well.  That way it has the all too familiar 'all seeing eye' gematria.

get = 7+5+2 = 14

fresh = 6+9+5+1+8 = 29/38
set = 1+5+2 = 8/17
of = 6+6 = 12
clothes = 3+3+6+2+8+5+1 = 28/37
get a fresh set of clothes = 92/101/119
