Media staging shots to make Hurricane look like something more than it is...

CNN keeps showing the same footage today of big pieces of aluminum foil blowing down the street.  It is obvious these pieces of lightweight metal were used to create this shot for the simple fact that their flashy (shiny metal).  Ask yourself, where else do you find big pieces of lightweight metal like this?  It's so pathetic.

Meanwhile, we're having another big wind storm in my region.  All my planting boxes were blown off my deck at about 4:15 AM.  I've been up ever since.

  5. I was watching the weather channel and one of their meteorologists were on live down in florida, really telling the truth and down playing this storm. You could tell the dude at the main station hosting it was getting mad and disagreed with her, even though she was in the middle of it.

    1. I feel like a lot of those weather guys on the Weather Channel talk in front of green screens. Sometimes the background will look a lot harsher than it sounds.

  10. If our government's intent was to evacuate these coastal cities, do you think they plan on doing something in the people's absence (i.e. spray with Zika chemicals) or was the storm created just for destruction and reconstruction purposes?

    1. I agree, they present the stimulus and watch how we react. I think most of these events are more about studying our reactions then any sort of nefarious agenda - though they like for us to think there is.
