33 | Pope John Paul II Replaces John Paul I on October 16, 1978

John Paul II replaced John Paul I after his 33-day term as Pope.  The date John Paul II became Pope was October 16, 1978; less than three weeks after the September 28, 1978 death of John Paul I.  It should be noted that October is the only month with '33 Gematria'.
  • 9/28/1978 = 9+2+8+1+9+7+8 = 44
  • 10/16/1978 = 1+0+1+6+1+9+7+8 = 33
Think about that, the "33" day Pope is replaced on a date with a numerology of "33".  Call it a coincidence. What I wonder is if the vatican brewed up a batch of cyanide from its many peach pits?
  • Peach = 16+5+1+3+8 = 33
The could have also gone with some old fashioned arsenic, the 33rd element on the periodic table.
  • Arsenic = 1+9+1+5+5+9+3 = 33
John Paul II was born May 18, 1920.  This date gives him a life number of 26, known as the 'God Number' in Gematria.
  • 5/18/1920 = 5+1+8+1+9+2+0 = 26
  • God = 7+15+4 = 26
  • English is 26-letters
