It reminds of the flooding earlier this year in Japan, which began on a date with 52 numerology, June 28, 2018.  6/28/18 = 6+28+18 = 52

Also, the numbers on this storm, 'Typhoon Jebi', are awfully familiar.

Today in the U.S., they're saying Hurricane Florence is threatening the U.S., and could make landfall around September 13, or 13/9.
