33 | Halakha, Jewish Law

Halakah is the body of Jewish religious laws stemming from the Talmud and other Jewish religious texts such as the Kabbalah.  The Talmud is also referred to as the Shas, or "Six Orders".
  • Halakah = 8+1+3+1+11+1+8 = 33 (3+3 = 6, like the "six orders)
  • Halakah = 8+1+12+1+11+1+8 = 42 (3+3 = 6, like the "six orders)
  • Talmud = 20+1+12+13+21+4 = 71
  • Shas = 19+8+1+19 = 47/11
  • Kabbalah = 11+1+2+2+1+12+1+8 = 38/11
Today much of Israel is under 'Halakha' Law.  The word "Halakah" means 'to walk' or 'the way'.
