40 52 59 95 134 | Hurricane Florence has shutdown i-95 and I-40 near Fayetteville and Wilmington, September 15 & 16, 2018 news

The storm was announced September 5, or 9/5, like 95.

It began flooding the Carolinas on September 13, 2018, as we estimated on Septemebr 5.

9/13/18 = 9+13+18 = 40

Now notice how Wilmington and Fayetteville connect to the riddle.

I-95 was built after 1952, when world militaries first admitted they knew had to cause intentional flooding of targeted areas.

I-95 is the longest interstate on the 'east coast', or 59 (reflection of 95).

I-40 was also built after '52, in '57.
