Rick Santorum annoucned he was running May 27, 2015.

5/27/15 = 5+27+15 = 47 (President = 47)

 His campaign lasted exactly 36-weeks, no coincidence there.  In the words of something close to Bill Hicks would say, "This man sucks satan's cock with the best of them".
