LAPD = 12+1+16+4 = 33
Police = 7+6+3+9+3+5 = 33
Notice the 'officer' ages, 44 and 43.

It is amazing how many police related stories are coded this exact same way. Yet somehow, people keep saying "coincidence".
For the record, police sexually assault people often. It is just that they get away with it, "because they're the law". Same with how they robbed my house, and I ended up in jail.
