I'll likely be losing power soon...

The wind has been blowing crazy since 3:00 AM.  I think the powers that be have a plan to blow over all the trees in the Pacific Northwest based on the recent evidence.  Anyone who says the weather isn't changing couldn't be further from the truth.  The Pacific NW was never a windy place, but for the last couple years, and at an ever quickening pace, it is becoming one.  This isn't fun as a home owner, endless property damage and repairs from these storms.

Also, what is most strange about this one, is there is a lot of blue sky.... not typically a sign of strong winds.

  1. I have a question. Does refrigerated water contain fluoride or just pipe water.

    1. Some bottled water is fluoride free, some contains it. Read the labels. Nestle water has fluoride, so do other brands.

  5. Zach, I went camping the other night in one of my favorite places, I noticed there were hardly any trees left, they had almost all been knocked down over the winter... normally this wouldn't be an issue, but the problem is, there are NO SMALLER TREES growing to replace them, only the larger trees exist, and are dying at a rapid pace

    Iron Maiden = 102

    1. Def a game to keep an eye on. I will be curious about the final score. Kobe had 12, a completion number, at the Warriors upset. It could happen, but LeBron probably wins.

    7. With regards to the Giants, don't overlook the San Francisco and New York connection. The Giants moved their baseball team from New York to San Fran, and with Peyton just winning in San Franc, it only seems right in the rigged NFL for him to come back to New York and Eli.

    1. Horse racing is year round but I know what you're saying.. The big races are coming up. I've won a decent amount on the 7/4 and 9/3 exacta box combinations. Nothing major but it paid the rent. Even in the lower stakes races, I see the number tributes. Obviously those combinations won't hit in every race at a given track that day but they almost always come in once that day at that particular track so pick the right race with odds and jockeys you like.

    2. I will usually bet the 7/4 in race #4 or 7. And the 9/3 in race #3 or 9. I've had some luck doing it like that but there's other things to consider as well. Good luck.

  15. A Portland guitar fx pedal maker was killed when strong winds blew an alder tree onto his car on the freeway. I think his name was Nick Harrison and was the founder of catalinbread fx pedals.
