Ivory Coast = 147 (Police = 147) (This would be my first guess as to who is responsible)

Since the Paris terror hoax, there have been numerous reports of hotels being attacked by gunmen in Africa.  All of these stories have been by the numbers thus far.  Recall the attack in Mali seemed to be foreshadowed in the movie 'Team America World Police' in relation to the Paris Terror Hoax of November 13, 2015.  Feel free to search this blog for those posts.
