His name also connects to 'Clinton' and 'Mike Rawlings', the man who oversaw the Dallas shooting hoax of July 7.

Recall, the Clinton political dynasty comes from New York originally.  From today's shooting to Rick Snyder's birthday is 39-days.

His full name also connects to New York City.  Remember, the 'Blue Alert' bill signed by Obama, May 19, 2015, was to protect police nationwide, and it was in tribute to the fictional NYPD officers killed December 20, 2014.
