Recall that Dylann Storm Roof was arrested last year on Interstate-74 after the shooting. That was a hoax too.
He was supposedly spotted by 'Debbie Dills' after being on the run form shooting up 'Bible Study Class'.
Let us not forget his 33 count indictment, the number often paired with 47 and 74.
Notice that news came on July 22, or 22/7.
August 4, 2016, the day of this news, is Barack Obama's birthday. He is 55 years old today.
