This year marks 108-years since the Cubs won the World Series in 1908.
When I predicted that the Cubs and Astros would play each other in the World Series this past Spring Training, I did not know about this very interesting series they had on the dates September 9 to September 11 (opening day of NFL season). The fact that this Series begins September 9 really stands out. That number connects to 'Illinois', and the number '13', which "the gang" likes, and the gang definitely works out of the state of Illinois. That last time the White Sox were in a World Series, it was against the Astros. Of course, the White Sox are also from Illinois.
It has been a year full of '13', as documented in recent sporting events.
Let us examine the date numerology of these dates.
9/9/2016 = 9+9+20+16 = 54 (Baseball) (Astros 54-years old)
9/9/2016 = 9+9+2+0+1+6 = 27 (Baseball) (MLB)
9/9/16 = 9+9+16 = 34
9/9 = 9+9 = 18 (Baseball)
9/10/2016 = 55
9/10/2016 = 28
9/10/2016 = 19
9/10 = 19
9/11/2016 = 56
9/11/2016 = 29
9/11/2016 = 20
9/11 = 20
From September 9, 2016, to the start of the 112th World Series, October 25, 2016, is 46-days.
Recall how '46' connects to 'Chicago Cubs' and 'Chicago'.
Let us not forget about the no hitter thrown by Jake Arrieta on April 21, 2016, 46-days after his birthday, the first no hitter of the MLB season. Read about that here:
April 21 was the 112th day of 2016, like 2016 will be the year of the 112th World Series.
Again, the Cubs are playing the Houston Astros 46-days before the 112th World Series begins.
For one last interesting nugget, Arietta's April 21 no hitter, the 112th day of the year, came 187-days before the start of the World Series, October 25, 2016.
